Why Business travel compliance matters

In this 30-minute session, Catarina Böös and Patrik Nyström from Vialto Partners will provide a short overview of which areas business travel compliance relates to. After a brief general intro to the subject, they will focus primarily on the immigration and PWD aspects. In addition, they will also touch on the recent developments, including the new EU Entry/Exit System (EES) and how this impacts business travel compliance.

While the EES system doesn't change the day limits, it tightens how compliance is monitored and enforced. It is important that companies adopt their processes and policies to this new environment. Catarina and Patrik will round up with linking compliance to safety aspects and how efficient tools and processes for tracking business travel compliance is also helpful from a security perspective; e.g. in a crisis situation it is important to know where your people are so that you can take appropriate action.
