Innovation in travel is not only automation, it is applied intelligence. This session shows how AI and real-time expense signals turn day-to-day transactions into timely decisions. We focus on how teams can forecast spend, detect patterns early, and tune policies in response to what is actually happening.
What you will take away:
How to predict spend and spot emerging trends at category, route, and team level
Ways to adjust policies dynamically based on thresholds, benchmarks, and exceptions
Practical methods to surface insights that drive smarter, more efficient travel programs
This is a hands-on look at using expense data to steer the program in real time, moving from dashboards to action.
